Shoe Bags
Following on from the idea of hanging storage on the previous page, here are some useful cloth bags that have been personalized with photographs. The ones pictured are intended for carrying shoes but you could adapt them to another purpose.
A special solution is used to transfer the photographic image to fabric and the technique is straightforward - but be sure to read the manufacturer's instructions carefully.

paintbrush
kitchen paper
roller

2 Place the fabric on a piece of plastic, then put the coated picture face down on the fabric. Cover with a piece of kitchen paper and press down, using
a roller.
3 Remove the kitchen paper and leave to dry for at least four hours, or overnight.
4 Remove the paper from the transfer by rubbing with a damp sponge, then leave to dry.Trim the fabric, leaving a 1 cm (l/2in) border all round the image, fold under raw edges, then stitch in place.
