Cherry-Vanilla Almond Parfait
2/3 cup fat-free, fruit juice-sweetened chewy vanilla or vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon whole-grain, crunchy, high-fiber, low-sugar cereal
1/2 cup stemmed, pitted and quartered fresh FirstFruits* cherries
1 tablespoon finely chopped lightly salted dry-roasted almonds
Spoon 1/3 cup of the yogurt into the bottom of a parfait or wine glass. Top the yogurt evenly with half of the cereal, followed by 1/4 cup of the cherries.
Repeat with the remaining yogurt, cereal and cherries. Top with the almonds.
Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 1 day.
